Questions about the booth

Q. How large is the photo booth?
A. The booth is 4 feet wide, 8 feet long, and 6 feet tall.

Q. How long does it take to set up the photo booth?
A. We’ll arrive one hour before your start time to make sure the booth is fully assembled, tested, and ready to go before your guests arrive.

Q. What do we need to provide for the photo booth?
A. The booth requires a grounded electrical outlet within 30 feet, and 10 square feet of level ground. That’s it!

Q. Will someone stay with the photo booth?
A. Yes, our highly trained representative will stay with the booth for the whole event to make sure that everything goes smoothly.

Q. Is the photo booth wheelchair accessible?
A. Yes. The attendant can remove the bench temporarily to make sure everyone can use the booth.

Q. Do you rent props?
A. We don’t currently rent props, but you are welcome to provide your own and use them in our booth.

Q. Do you sell guestbooks for collecting photostrips?
A. Yes. We have a variety of guest albums that you can choose from. The photo strips are 2 x 6 inches, in case you want to provide your own album, just don't forget the glue! 

Questions about the photos

Q. What if we don’t want our photos shared on the True Photo booth website?
A. No problem. Just let us know and we’ll make sure to keep your photos completely private.

Q. How long does it take before we can access our photos online?
A. Your photos will be posted online within 14 days of your event. (But we’ll try to get them done even quicker!)

Q. How many photos can my guests and I take at the event?
A. As many as you want! There’s no limit on the number of photo strips you can make.

Q. Can we get color photos?
A. We currently only offer black-and-white photos. We love the classic film-like aesthetic of the black-and-white photo booth strip, and we hope you will too.

Q. Do we have to cut the photo strips in half ourselves?
A. Nope! The photo booth’s printer has a built-in slicer, so you get two copies of each 2" by 6" photo strip with no cutting required.

Q. Can we order additional prints?
A. Absolutely! Contact us after the event if you’d like to order a duplicate set of prints. You can also order individual photos and photo strips directly from your private online gallery. 

Q. Can we see sample photos from a previous event?
A. Yes, here’s an example of a client’s online gallery. (We’re very proud of it.)

Q. How can I customize my photostrips?
A. We can print text and/or graphics on your photostrips at no extra charge. Choose your own design — or we can create one for you. Just let us know what you’d like!
